- Create a professional information sheet highlighting the key selling points of your home for prospective purchasers.
Step Two - Our Marketing Process
- Dual Agents. Two agents working for the price of one. Double the engery and motivation to help sell your property with experience.
- The Multiple Listing Service. Professionally represent your home to the MLS. As a result, your home will be exposed to every agent in the South Central (Madison) and WIREX (access to 95% of the state of Wisconsin).
- Brochures. Professionally create, produce and distribute a brochure of your home and make it available to every real estate office and buyer.
- Agent Rapport. We strive to motivate agents to show and sell your property through our own personal contacts. We constantly work to maintain a higher rapport with working agents in our area.
